As an update to my recent post noting some triggering feelings -- they come and go, and I'm grateful that doing the next right thing helps me to move past the triggers, to search for the lesson in each episode.

It is amazing to have other women to talk to. I have spent the last year in a SAA room as the only woman. While my recovery has grown a great deal for the first time in my life I finally feel I need women. Thanks, Ally
