There is within me a woman who loves the way she feels when her body is exerted and stretched to its limits by exercise. I can feel that woman.
There is a body surrounding that woman, a body built for protection, that prevents that woman within from living.
May 2008 be the year the woman within begins to live.

A new year, a new you. My troubles are not the same as yours but are real all the same. I know first hand that you can change and defeat your demons, just don't give up. I have my issues I deal with but every day I work at it and I can say that I am happier with myself than I've ever been so don't give up trying. I promise that if you focus on yourself and your health it will improve the rest of your life. I lost 50 pds and I can't tell you how many ways that changed my life.
